MORTGAGE MATTERS
Jarrod Newcom entered the mortgage industry in 2003 in a customer service role after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University. He quickly moved into being an Underwriter for large wholesale mortgage lenders, most recently as a Senior Government Underwriter with Freedom Mortgage Corporation. He is now a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with Skyridge Lending LLC and is excited to use his 15+ years of mortgage underwriting expertise to help borrowers select the best loan product, move quickly through the mortgage loan process, and realize the dream of home ownership. Jarrod wants his clients to know he is committed to walking with them throughout their lives as situations change and that they are currently in the best position possible with their home financing to meet and exceed all their other financial goals.
Jarrod and his wife Kim have lived in Colorado for the past 22 years and made Woodland Park their home 14 years ago. Their 4 children keep them on their toes and most weekends are full of soccer games, family hikes, and experiencing all of Colorado’s beauty. They are also very involved in their local church and love serving there. Jarrod is licensed in Alabama, Hawaii, Texas, and Colorado.
