My experience in lending includes past positions in underwriting, processing, closing, funding, post-closing and shipping, so I am very confident in stating that I know how a loan works from our first conversation well past closing. This allows for a smooth transaction and an understanding beyond the average loan officer.

In addition to my lending experiences, I also spent the last 4 1/2 years of my career in a real estate office as the onsite expert. Working in a real estate office not only allowed me to learn the ins and out of real estate but also provided me with the opportunity to understand the crucial aspect of timing when it comes to buying a home. If there is one thing, I learned to be the most important, it would be "time is of the essence!"
